Shipping & Delivery

How shipping is calculated, when parcels leave, and how to track them.

1. Each store ships its own parcel

This is a multi-vendor marketplace. Items from two stores arrive as two separate parcels — on different days, possibly with different carriers.

Shipping is therefore charged per store and shown as a separate line for each at checkout. Nothing is hidden in the total.

2. How the fee is set

What you pay is the price quoted by that store's carrier for your delivery zone and the parcel's weight.

The marketplace has no separate shipping tariff. We do not profit from delivery: what you pay is what the carrier is paid.

The zone is derived from the city in your delivery address. We deliver across Cyprus; your zone and the amount appear at checkout.

3. No address, no amount

Shipping cannot be calculated before you enter a delivery address, and we do not show an estimate. This is deliberate: an "estimated" figure that changes later is worse than no figure at all.

4. Free shipping

If your purchase from a single store passes the stated amount, that store's shipping is free. The threshold applies per store, not to the whole basket — small purchases from two stores are not added together.

The basket shows how much is left to reach it. Some items are marked free shipping regardless by the store; this is stated on the product page.

5. Bulky items

Some items (sofas, fridges) carry an additional handling charge, stated on the product page. Free shipping does not remove it. The charge exists because of the item's size and weight — a larger basket does not make it cheaper to carry. The threshold only zeroes the normal tariff.

6. When it ships

Every item has a preparation time, shown on the product page as the latest dispatch date. That date skips days on which parcels are not collected: carriers do not collect on Sundays, and public holidays recorded in our calendar push the date forward automatically. The date you see is one that can be kept.

7. Delivery time

Time in transit varies by zone and is shown at checkout. Distance on the island is a real difference: central districts and remote areas are not delivered in the same time. Some areas depend on crossing points and take longer; the time for your zone is shown at checkout.

8. Tracking

You receive a tracking number when the parcel is handed over. Enter it on the Shipment Tracking page to see its stage.

That page does not require sign-in — anyone with the number can use it. For that reason it shows no name, address, phone or item details; only the stage. Full order detail is on your Orders page after signing in.

9. On delivery

  • Check the outer packaging on receipt. If there is visible damage you may have the courier record it, or refuse the parcel.
  • If you chose cash on delivery, the amount due is printed separately on the shipping document.
  • If you are not at the address, carriers usually retry or hold the parcel at a branch; this varies by carrier.

10. If something goes wrong

If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, message the store from your Orders page. If that does not resolve it, contact us and we will follow it up.

For damaged or wrong items, return shipping is not your cost — see Returns & Exchanges.
