About Us

Trendyada is a multi-vendor marketplace built so that people in Cyprus can shop from stores across the island in one place.

Why a marketplace

The island is small and its shops are scattered. Finding the one that sells what you want is often down to chance — while for a small store, running its own website with payment infrastructure, carrier contracts and customer support is not realistic.

Trendyada brings the two together: the store sets its product and its price, and we provide the storefront, payments, shipment tracking and mediation when something goes wrong.

We are not the seller

This is worth stating plainly: we do not sell the products. The store lists the item, holds the stock, sets the price and ships it. The contract of sale is between you and the store.

Items from two stores mean two separate sales: separate parcels, separate documents, separate returns. We do not hide this — the interface shows it.

But you do not have to chase two parties. When there is a problem, you deal with us: we review the case, contact the store, and if the store is in the wrong we settle your refund from its balance.

A few decisions about how we work

The store sets the price

The marketplace does not interfere with pricing. We once had a system that added an automatic margin to imported products; we removed it entirely. The store enters the selling price and commission is taken on that price.

The price you see is the price you pay

Prices include VAT — tax is not added at checkout. Shipping, where it applies, is shown as its own line. No surprise items appear at the last step.

We do not profit from shipping

What you pay for delivery is what the store's carrier is paid. The marketplace has no separate shipping tariff. Delivery is a cost that breaks even, not a revenue line.

Reviews come from real purchases

Only someone who bought and received an item can review it. We never remove a review for being negative — only for abuse, personal data or advertising.

The whole island

We deliver across the island. The site runs in Turkish, English and Greek, with prices in TRY, EUR and GBP.

For stores

Selling on Trendyada needs no website, payment infrastructure or carrier contract of your own. Upload your products, set your own prices, pack what sells. Commission is charged only on completed sales. See the Seller Agreement for details.
